How does Mystery Client work?
After registration you will receive available assignments in your area through our app. Each assignment includes detailed instructions, the scenario to follow and the compensation provided. You complete the visit, fill in the questionnaire on our platform and receive payment within the specified timeframe.
How and when will I receive payment?
Payments are made on a regular basis via bank transfer. Specific timing and methods are communicated when the assignment is given.
Do I need to have a VAT number to be a mystery shopper?
No, it is not mandatory to have a VAT number to collaborate with us. There are different contractual forms that adapt to your work situation.
How much can I earn and how am I paid?
The compensation varies based on the type of assignment, complexity and geographic area. Each assignment has a visible compensation before acceptance. Payments are made via bank transfer.
Do I have to pay costs to work as a mystery shopper?
No, there are no registration costs or costs to receive assignments. In some specific cases there may be a refund for purchases necessary for the visit, which will always be communicated in advance.
Can I work for you if I am unemployed (NASPI)?
Yes, it is possible to collaborate as a mystery shopper even during the NASPI unemployment period. We recommend verifying with your CAF or union the specific implications for your situation.
Why do I need to submit an ID document?
The ID document is necessary to verify your identity and for the tax regularity of payments. Your data is processed in full compliance with GDPR regulations.
