A brand in the fuel distribution sector manages a series of advertising billboards inside its stations. To ensure compliance with its commercial agreements, it wanted to be certain of the material displayed on these boards. With mystery clients we structured a series of visits to the stations during which the advertising material was photographed. Once the check was done, the system verified whether the displayed material matched what had been agreed with the supplier responsible for posting the advertising and, in the case of an anomaly, flagged the need for intervention. After the first cycle, the client also asked us to verify correct installation and any damage to the displayed material — something previously done by internal inspectors, but which proved more efficient with mystery shopping.
