  • The upselling ability and proactivity of the promoters.

We used mystery audio to record the interaction between customer and promoter: this way the mystery shopper, by asking for information, verified the staff's proactivity and above all their ability to close the deal effectively. The audio track was linked to the checklist and used to train the promoters. The best performers were rewarded by MysteryClient.
