A luxury brand wanted to verify its staff's ability to advise customers. The brand aimed to offer its customers advice that was not geared purely to making a sale, but to providing garments with genuine added value for the buyer. The goal was to recommend the right product for the customer's build — and to do so, the staff must be able to choose what to offer and to advise against the wrong product. Our shoppers deliberately chose items that did not suit them, asked the staff for their purchasing advice, and verified the front line's ability to propose alternative products without breaking the buying process.
