What discount do distributors apply to the brand's products? A company distributing children's products was suffering periods of falling sales caused by distributors applying an overly aggressive pricing policy, which made the company's products uncompetitive to propose. Through mystery shopping we cyclically captured the prices charged by local distributors, in order to monitor the discounts offered and to align the sales representatives' proposals with the true selling price applied on the market. This way local distributors are encouraged to stock up during the periods of greatest discount.
